# (depecrated) Self-Withdrawal Feature

### Oh Really?

Did you know? On the balance section of the dashboard there is a menu for "**Withdrawable".**

Well, that's the menu for you withdraw your income. If you click it, you will enter the "Balance Withdrawal" page. On that page, you can withdraw the amount of support you want.

### **Why are there two balances? What's the difference?**

**Balance** is the total income you have received at the moment you opened the dashboard; your real time income. 

**Withdrawable** is the balance that can be withdrawn after a 5-day settlement period. So if you received support on the 10th, that income can only be withdrawn 5 days later on the 15th. 

### How do I withdraw and how long does it take?

Make sure your Bank Information is filled in correctly and the minimum support amount is 1000 Kakoins (2000 Kakoins for non-Indonesian users). If it is correct, on the balance withdrawal page you can enter the amount of balance you want to withdraw.

(Note: withdrawals only currently support creators from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines).

Click "**CONFIRM BY EMAIL**" to proceed to the next step.

The interface will automatically convert your Kakoin into your selected currency.

Recheck your data and the final total you receive after a platform fee of 10% and the transfer fee (**transfer fees may differ per country**). Proceed to click "**CONFIRM BY EMAIL**" again.

That's it! You only need to wait a maximum of 3 working days and your income should enter your selected account.
