Did you know? On the balance section of the dashboard there is a menu for "Withdrawable".
Well, that's the menu for you withdraw your income. If you click it, you will enter the "Balance Withdrawal" page. On that page, you can withdraw the amount of support you want.
Balance is the total income you have received at the moment you opened the dashboard; your real time income.
Withdrawable is the balance that can be withdrawn after a 5-day settlement period. So if you received support on the 10th, that income can only be withdrawn 5 days later on the 15th.
Make sure your Bank Information is filled in correctly and the minimum support amount is 1000 Kakoins (2000 Kakoins for non-Indonesian users). If it is correct, on the balance withdrawal page you can enter the amount of balance you want to withdraw.
(Note: withdrawals only currently support creators from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines).
Click "CONFIRM BY EMAIL" to proceed to the next step.
The interface will automatically convert your Kakoin into your selected currency.
Recheck your data and the final total you receive after a platform fee of 10% and the transfer fee (transfer fees may differ per country). Proceed to click "CONFIRM BY EMAIL" again.
That's it! You only need to wait a maximum of 3 working days and your income should enter your selected account.
