About Your Works
What work formats are supported by Karyakarsa?
Aside from text, we support pictures, comics, audio, PDFs, and downloadable ZIP or RAR files. The maximum size per file is 128MB. For videos we support m4a files with a maximum of 128MB size, or use an unlisted YouTube embed.
What’s the difference between works, series, and bundles?
A work is a single work on Karyakarsa, which can be anything—a single chapter, several chapters, a PDF file, a Lightroom preset, a link to Google Sheets, a photo album, a comic—whatever the creator wants. To see how to create a work, you can check here.
A bundle is a collection of several works bundled together at a single price, with the emphasis on pricing. One bundle can contain any combination of works, as determined by the creator, and works can be added to a Bundle when creating them. More about bundles can be found here.
A series is a collection of works under one title, with the emphasis on the title. This is to make it easier for readers of ongoing stories to keep following their favorite stories. In a series, there is no special pricing arrangement. More about Series can be found here.

No. KaryaKarsa cannot support any content that infringes the regulations and laws of Indonesia.
Withdrawal
What is Self-Withdrawal?
Self-withdrawal is the process of withdrawing the balance collected from fan support to the creator's bank account or e-wallet.
How do I withdraw my balance?

How long is the support confirmation process until it becomes withdrawable balance?
All fan support must go through a confirmation process through their respective payment gateways (OVO, GoPay, etc). This process takes up 5 work days. After confirmation, the support balance will then become "Withdrawable."
Example: if the fan support is received on October 10th, 2021 at 12.00 WIB, then th support balance will become withdrawable on October 15th, 2021 at 12.00 WIB.
How long does the Withdraw process take until it is received by my account?
Balance withdrawn on work days during work hours will be transferred on the same day. Withdrawals made on weekends or bank holidays may experience some delay to the next work day.
Example: if you make a withdrawal request at midnight, the balance will enter your acount on the next work day during work hours.
Why did my withdrawal fail?
Try checking the following:
Check your bank information. Make sure that the name of the bank/e-wallet, account number/phone number, and name is correct. We cannot help if the balance is withdrawn to the wrong account.
Check your internet connection.
The link from the Balance Withdrawal email expires after 1 hour. After 1 hour, the link will expire and you must resubmit your Balance Withdrawal request. Link pada email konfirmasi Penarikan Saldo hanya berlaku selama 1 jam. Lebih d

How much does a creator receive?
Creators will receive 90% from any transaction that occurs on their KaryaKarsa page, before a balance withdrawal transfer fee of Rp 5,500 or any tax that may apply.
KaryaKarsa takes a 10% cut off each transaction to run the platform.
